I do not feel like the problem is the Bluetooth itself as there are way too many other people have the same problem within the lastġ-2 months since a Windows update rolled out. I feel like I may have forgotten to mention something but any options to try not listed above would be greatly appreciated. Tried booting into Safe Mode and back to normal. Checked for Windows 10 updates and everything is up to date.

Device Manager -> Universal Serial Bus controllers -> Tried to update drivers on "Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft)" and "USB Root Hub (USB 3.0)" with no luck.
Clicking Show Hidden Devices does NOT show Bluetooth. Device Manager does NOT show Bluetooth. Tried removing the Bluetooth headset device and repairing but it will not pair.
